30-Minute Or 60-Minute Appointments

- Minimum 24-Hour Advance Notice
(Sunday Not Included)

90-Minute Or 120-Minute Appointments

- Minimum 48-Hour Advance Notice
(Sunday Not Included)

180-Minute Or 240-Minute Appointments

- Minimum 72-Hour Advance Notice
(Sunday Not Included)

I fully understand that if I need to Change or Cancel my appointment(s) for any reason less than the above required times The Healing Arts Day Spa will do their very best to fill my appointment(s); however: If they are not able to do so then I Agree to Pay the Total Amount Due.
