Please be sure to arrive a minimum of 15-Minutes prior to your scheduled start time so that proper paperwork can be completed. This will also allow you to familiarize yourself with our facility and permit you to start the relaxation process that you deserve.

If you do arrive late, we'll do our very best to accommodate; however: we cannot guarantee to fully complete your treatments.

Due to the tranquil setting at The Healing Arts Day Spa, children are not allowed in the facility unless being treated by The Healing Arts Day Spa staff. This helps us ensure an atmosphere of peace and quiet for you and other clients too.

We request that all mobile devices be turned off or be placed on silent mode while inside the facility. There's No Smoking in our facility or within 15 feet of our entrance.

A Minimum 24-Hour Notice is Required for 30-Minute Appointments and 60-Minute Appointments. A Minimum 48-Hour Notice is Required for 90-Minute Appointments and Multiple Treatment Appointments. If any service is cancelled less than those appointment cancelation requirements, the full value of the amount due will be charged to your credit card. We do understand that emergency circumstances occur and we will do our very best to accommodate according to the discretion of The Healing Arts Day Spa's Owner/Manager, Russell Warren Kukla.

Promotions cannot be combined or used with any ongoing promotion. Adjustments will not be made to any previous service. All coupons, vouchers, social networking specials, group-buying deals and promotions must be presented upon arrival. All Gift Certificates, coupons, vouchers, and other promotions must be used within allotted time prior to expiration.

Gentlemen, please shave 3-5 hours prior to any Gentleman's Facial Service at The Healing Arts Day Spa.
